Some years ago I had a major back problem which caused me a lot of issues. I spent a lot of time and money investigating what I could do to avoid surgery and get back to full health. After much trial and often painful error I managed to establish what worked.
I was at a business event a couple of years ago with over 100 other people and mentioned what had happened and that I was fine now. I was very surprised by the reaction – clearly many people in the room knew people they cared about who had back problems too. Well to cut to the chase the enthusiasm in the room was so high that I was asked to write what I had done down in a book. At last I have now done this.
Firstly, whilst it has taken many long hours to write the book I have really enjoyed the process. I am also surprised just how much I have written based on what I did and what I now do to keep my back in good shape. It is all straight forward, written in non medical language and shares what I did to regain my health. If you want to find out more mouse click here.
So what is the business importance of this? Quite simple – back ache and back related issues are a major source of ill health absenteeism. And in my view much of this absenteeism could be avoided if we all took a ‘back wise’ approach to the way we live.
If you run your own business you cannot afford to be ill and if you have any employees you want them fit too. If you mange or lead a business of a larger size absenteeism can be very costly too. And that does not allow for the personal suffering anyone with back pain goes through.
Perhaps my new book is worth a peep so mouse over to www.howicuredmybackpain.com whilst the content is weighty the price certainly isn’t!
So be ‘back wise’.
